Sterile plastic film, sheets and bags with high food safety

Our innovative and flexible packaging material are used for many different kinds of food productions, ranging from of different kinds of meat to bakery and ice cream. Tub-ex’ products are known for their high quality and performance, i.e. for their protective barriers against water, bacteria or oxygen and their great accuracy and suitability for products in need of sterilization, ensuring the highest level of food safety. Plastic foil for maturing, dry aging, curing or smoking meat, fish or cheese

We are especially proud of our Tublin® 10, which among other uses is excellent for dryaging meat. Because of its innovative food technology, this bag won a Food & Beverage Product Innovation Award at the NRA Show 2011 in Chicago, USA. The bag is not just a protective packaging material, but a more of a process help, which improves safety and yields and reduces waste. Read more about this here.  The product is also outstanding when it comes to drying and smoking hams (Tublin® 5), maturing cheese, and salting, smoking and drying of fish. Amilin® 06

Used for various cooked sliced products, inner liners for canned and moulded ham and sheets in order to

prevent jelly and weight loss during the cooking process.

For boiled sausages, processed meat and cheese, cooked hams. The product is especially suitable for slicing lines

and when fast and tight filling with high accuracy is needed.

Used for applications where high chemical resistance is needed. Also suitable for strong smelling products.

Strong flexible film. High sealing strength.

Suitable for various foods, such as minced mutton or beef, meat slices and fish. Also suitable for bakery

products, as well as ice cream.

Tublin® 00 

It is excellent for drying, smoking and maturing products such as: dried and cured sausages;

smoked and cooked foodstuff, as well as fermented products. A sausage in Tublin® 00 will

dry quicker and without dry-crust like ordinary casings.

Tublin® 05 

It is excellent for drying, smoking and maturing food products: i.e. for drying meat; curing meat;

smoking and cooking fermented products; drying, salting and smoking fish, as well as for dry-aging beef.

A product packed in TUBLIN® 5 will dry quicker than without any packaging.

This material is used in the studies made by Universitat Politècnica de València used this material for

the development of their new production methods for salted and dried cod and salted and smoked salmon.

Tublin® 10

The Tublin® 10 bag has a significant lower permeation and has the best seal abilities and is very

easy to open, and is closed against bacteria. It is excellent for dry-aging of beef as well as for dried ham.

It is also suited for: Dried and cured meat; Cooked products and Fermented products.

Tublin® 30 

Suitable for products with a high fat content. The film is closed against bacteria. The plastic film makes

cheese production easier as the cheese does not need to be washed. Tests show that the film keeps the aroma,

the flavour and gives the cheese a nice structure.

It has improved seal abilities and easy opening, as well as closed against bacteria. 

A product packed in Tublin® 35 will dry quicker than without any packaging.
